In the past few years, Noida has emerged as one of the most liveable cities to live in India. With the growing IT industry and other various sectors, Noida has become one of the richest and planned cities of India with all the modern infrastructures and best in class amenities. Noida is the home to so many renowned institutions, organizations like the media sector, film, hospitals, etc. So, if you are planning to move to Noida, here are the best areas in Noida to live in.
Noida extension is an emerging real estate hotspot, is surrounded by Ghaziabad and few sectors of Greater Noida. The area is rapidly developing and is famous due to its affordable property rates.
Also, it has great connectivity between Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad. Moreover, this area has emerged as a commercial hub due to the presence of top companies. It is a well planned residential hub that gives a comfortable living to residents. It is well located nearby to schools, hospitals, and institutions along with a good number of shopping malls with great metro connectivity.
Sector 15 is one of the best areas for bachelors to live in. This area has a good number of food joints and nearby markets for shopping purpose. For bachelors and families, you can find a good number of Pgs and flats which are available at affordable rates.
Moreover, this place has great transport connectivity through metros. The answer to this question is the answer to why there are ghost societies in Greater Noida and elsewhere in the Delhi suburbs. Sector MU-I is not an isolated case; there are other sectors with residential complexes, both government and private, in Greater Noida sharing the fate of this sector.
The ghost complexes of suburban Delhi are part of a larger pan-India story. According to the Census of India, out of million houses in the country, 25 million were vacant.
The highest number of vacancies were seen in Maharashtra with about 3. The demand for housing is very high, but the price point needs to be right. Distance from the job hubs of Delhi and Gurgaon is a deterrent to occupancy and only those who are working in Noida find it feasible to live there. Connected today only by road, the metro link is still at least two years away. Local transport is negligible with few autos or cabs on the road. What makes the commute to Delhi worse is unavailability of Ola and Uber cabs in these localities.
Besides, transportation is the main deterrent. Court cases: A lot of societies have pending court cases against them which act as a deterrent for people to move in. For instance, Supertech Ltd, the Noida-based developer that built Czar housing project in Sector Omicron-I, adjacent to Sector Mu-I, has been accused of constructing more number of apartment units than what was actually sanctioned by the authority—1, units instead of the sanctioned units.
As a result, the Noida authority has sealed the extra number of units. However, that situation is already changing with the entry of seasoned corporate investors.
Now, IT companies are setting up offices here, and the entry of big brands like Godrej, Mahindra, Tata, Dalmia and Prestige are being seen as a game changer.
Greater Noida is where the future is and where all the development is happening. New Metro links, newer roads, and better infrastructure are all going to only bolster the prospects of this area.
If green spaces, amenities, and infrastructure at pocket-friendly prices are your priority, we would suggest parking your investment in Greater Noida.
It is worth the wait. Yes, you can invest in Noida or Greater Noida. If you would like then you can invest for future scope. BUT, i sold my house at half the price as one day while I was out, my whole house was ransacked, water pipes, wires also were pulled out of the walls, all fittings plundered. I wish this heaven could remain as heaven but it is a dangerous place right now, may be after years it will be a true heaven as it was built to be, but will someone wait so long??

There are blogs earlier than which state the GNOIDA is going to explode but dont see much on the ground even in Specifically - 1. Population movement figures over the years - , , 2. Concrete movement of new large companies over the years - not on the paper movements 3. Any income level data Noida vs GNoida - may not be easy to come by 4. NO night safari and formula one event driven stuff 5.
Is there any danger for the common man. How good and safe is the night life if any. Like Quote 0 Flag. September 17 , PM. Munish Malhautra. Things aren't moving fast the way they were expected, however having said that there is more infra development in pipeline to happen in the coming years than ever before, hence it will become VFM post , not that it is not now but since major supplies are happening in Noida which is preferred to Gnoida hence post will be a good time for Gnoida.
