They shipped promptly and seem to have been nice, sturdy plants before the FedEx blender got hold of them. The boxes arrived damaged and were left on our porch stood on their ends instead of being laid flat as was clearly marked on the boxes in several places. The plants shifted during shipping and had several bent and broken branches. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send photos of the plants.
I did this and the company promptly processed a replacement shipment - great! The problem is that FedEx was once again the delivery agent and the second set of plants were as badly beaten up as the first. The high quality of the plants and the excellent customer service would make me want to order from FGT again - but the concerns about shipping-related damage would definitely make me hesitate.
